Bahir Abu Bakar is responsible for all aspects of BA Groups of Companies business including Sales, Operations and Delivery. With 15 years of experience in projects and organizational management within the global market, Bahir is an enthusiastic, dedicated and proactive professional, possessing an engaging leadership quality.

Bahir received his secondary education in Sekolah Menengah King George V (KGV) in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. He then attended the Harvey International University, California, USA, where he attained his Diploma in Management. Subsequently he went to the University of Ballarat , Australia and received a Master of Business Administration (MBA).

During 1990’s Bahir’s career skyrocketed in the banking sector where he had the privilege of serving several reputable banks, among which are Malayan Banking Berhad, Affin Bank Berhad and AM Bank Berhad. He held various key senior management positions where he was responsible for the business development, corporate and management for branches and headquarters.

With his involvement in the banking and financial sector, he has an in depth knowledge in the finance, industry and strategic management, with a specialization in business strategy, risk management and performance management, which is an asset to his current business and management.

His philanthropic values were nurtured when he left the banking and financial sector and started his business in maintenance and services 15 years ago. He then spread heading his business where he began developing his capability in the field of project Management & Construction, Education Sector, Commodity Trading, Hospitality Sector, Integrated Facilities Management in Malaysia.

Bahir’s focus is on continuing growth by leveraging the synergies of the combined BA Group of Companies businesses to provide innovative solutions to its various corporate and government customer base.
